Respected Sir,
I had bought a refrigerator from Vijay sales, Mahim on 5th of February, 2018. After 2 years of working during end of February it stopped working and cooling is not working in the fridge. Initially, the cooling was not there in fridge so we shifted things to the freezer but later after few days the cooling entirely stopped. We complained various times in LG company but there was no response and later it came to lockdown after few relaxations when work were started in lockdown, we had again raised a complaint in LG and we have got one person fro LG coming to check named MAHENDER SHARMA. he told that the wallt part of the fridge is not working and he had placed order but after few days it got rejected without our knowledge and after that he again raised for the order but it is getting delayed with work. i just want to know what is the problem with you guys for not letting the work done within few days? The same thing occurred during the 1.5 years of purchase. why is it happening so i don’t understand? i would request you to personally look into this matter.
